Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tanika D Sofianti has joined with Industrial Engineering of SGU in 2008. She graduated from Bachelor Program of Electrical Engineering of Pancasila University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1997. She obtained her Master degree in Industrial Engineering from ITB, Indonesia in 2002, and completed her doctoral research about Knowledge Management and Creation in Industrial Engineering of ITB in 2013. As a doctoral researcher, in 2010 she was a scholarship grantee from the Ministry of Higher Education, Indonesia to join with Industrial Engineering Department of Waseda University in Tokyo for research in “Measurement of Knowledge Management Performance”.
With the increasing need to improve the performance of future of workforce that was impacted by outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic and digital transformation, Tanika is more focused on developing methods and tools for Engineering Analytics for Improving Industry Performance, upskilling and re skilling for Future of workforce and the use of Industry 4.0 key technologies for system performance improvement. The object of research interest of Tanika is the Product Service System which is the core business of many companies in Indonesia.
Recently, Tanika has obtained Woman in Industry and Academia Award, from The Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (IEOM) International Society in 2022, and awarded as SGU Best Teaching, LAIS Version period 2021/2022
