In an effort to enhance professional communication skills, ARCS SGU is organizing a Podcast Host Training on February 4-5, 2025, and Public Relation Writing on February 6-7, 2025, in collaboration with the Tangerang Regency Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM). This activity aims to equip BKPSDM ASN employees with the ability to speak in public and write for effective and professional public relations purposes.
Podcast Host Training
The Podcast Host Training was attended by Indra Nazar Nugraha, S.Kom, M.Si (Junior Expert Analyst of Apparatus Human Resource Development) and Nuh Habibi, S.IP., M.Tr.A.P (Technical Reviewer of Apparatus Human Resource Development Policy). This training equips participants with basic and advanced techniques for hosting a podcast professionally.
In addition, participants were also given the opportunity to try the role of a podcast host with recording simulations and hands-on practice. With the increasing trend of podcasts as a medium of communication, these skills have become highly relevant for professionals in various fields.
Public Relation Writing Training
The Public Relation Writing training was attended by Suharna (Office Administrator in the Field of Human Resource Development for Apparatus) and Amirudin (Office Administrator in the Field of Human Resource Development for Apparatus), which focused on developing writing skills for public communication and public relations needs.
Through this training, participants gain in-depth insights on how to compose writing that is not only informative but also engaging for the audience. With these skills, it is hoped that the communication between the institution and the public can become more effective and professional.
The 2025 Podcast Host & Public Relation Writing Training is a concrete step in supporting the professionalism of civil servants in communicating more effectively. ARCS SGU is committed to continuously providing relevant and applicable training programs to support the development of high-quality human resources.
