On 29 May 2023 Academic Research and Community Service of SGU held Workshop on Organization and Management of Research Centers. Prof. Dr. Wahyudi Sutopo from PUI Energy Storage Technologi UNS and Prof. Dr. Irmanida Batubara from PUI Biofarmaka Tropika IPB were invited as speakers who shared their experience and expertise in organizing and managing research centers.
There were around 25 faculty members of Swiss German University participated in the workshop. This workshop is purposed to encourage the development of research centers in SGU and to improve its performance.
The Research Center and Group is one of the units at ARCS (LPPM) SGU whose role is to support lecturers and students in the field of research and community service. Research Centers and Groups were established to make a concrete contribution for lecturers and students to the challenges and problems that exist in society. The workshop on 29 May 2023 is part of a series of activities for the formation and development of units sheltered by the Academy Research and Community Service (ARCS, or LPPM) from Swiss German University so that their performance will increase and contribute more to the development of science and technology for the benefit of science and society.
