In order to improve the competence of Lecturers and Education Personnel/Academic Staff in Higher Education through Tridharma Higher Education activities, both those held on campus and off campus, both those held collaboratively with other Universities (domestic and foreign) as well as with Industry (domestic and international), the Directorate of Resources for the Directorate General of Higher Education in collaboration with the Education Fund Management Agency (LPDP), is holding the Lecturer and Academic Staff Competency Improvement Program for the 2023 Fiscal Year as follows:

In this regard, for any Higher Education Institutions that have strategic plan targets aligned with the activities, are welcome to assign Lecturers or Education Personnel/Academic Staff to apply for each of the relevant activities through the link: https://sourcedayadikti.kemdikbud.go.id. Furthermore, due to adjusting the budget provided, selection process will be carried out to determine Lecturers and Education Staff who can take part in the programs for the 2023 Fiscal Year.
The implementation guidelines for each of the activities can be downloaded and examined via the https://sourcedayadikti.kemdikbud.go.id link. For further information related to the programs, you can also contact the staffs of the Directorate of Resources, Directorate General of Higher Education and Technology assigned for the programs respectively as attached (please check link number 1 below).
