Kholis Abdurachim Audah, M.Sc., Ph.D. Wins Best Presenter at IBC-9, ISIBio-11, and NRLS-5 Conference

Malang, East Java – Kholis Abdurachim Audah, M.Sc., Ph.D., a distinguished lecturer from Swiss German University, has been awarded Best Presenter 1 in the general category at The 9th Indonesia Biotechnology Conference (IBC-9), The 11th International Symposium of Innovative Bioproduction on Biotechnology and Bioengineering (ISIBio-11), and The 5th International Conference on Natural Resources and Life Sciences (NRLS-5). The conferences were held at Santika Premiere Malang Hotel from September 11 to 13 September, 2024.

Dr. Kholis’ presentation, titled “Liposomal Nanoencapsulation of Avicennia marina Leaves Water Extract as Potential Anticancer Drugs,” captivated the audience and judges alike, showcasing his innovative research on the encapsulation of mangrove leaves extract to create a potential treatment for cancer. His work highlights the potential of natural resources like Avicennia marina in biotechnology and medical applications, particularly in the field of cancer therapy.

The award marks a significant achievement in Dr. Kholis’ research career and underscores the importance of exploring natural compounds through advanced biotechnology to create sustainable health solutions.
